Privacy policy

This policy explains what information the Nabaha brain-games app (“Nabaha”, “the app”) uses, why, and the choices you have. Nabaha is made by ARVYN LLC (“we”, “us”).
In short
- You don't need an account. We don't ask for your name, email or any other personal details.
- Your scores, XP, badges, Brain Check results and settings are saved only on your phone. They are never sent to us.
- The iPhone app has no ads and no purchases.
- The free Android app shows ads from Google AdMob. Google's ad service collects some information from your device to show and measure those ads.
- If you buy “Remove ads” in the Android app, Google Play handles the payment. We never see your payment details.
1. Information saved on your phone
Nabaha saves your game progress (scores, levels, personal bests, XP, badges, daily challenge results, streaks, Brain Check results and recently used words and questions) and your settings (language, sound and appearance) in the app's private storage on your phone. This information isn't sent to us or to anyone else. It is deleted when you uninstall the app, or on Android when you clear the app's storage. Your phone's own backup may include it: on iPhone, an iCloud or computer backup; on Android, a backup to your Google account if Android backup is turned on.
When you use “Move your progress”, the app turns this information into a backup code on your phone. The code only leaves your phone if you copy and share it yourself.
2. Ads by Google AdMob (Android app only)
The iPhone app shows no ads and contains no ad software. The free version of the Android app shows ads served by Google AdMob, a Google service. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google's ad software in the app automatically collects the following and shares it with Google:
- your device's IP address, which may be used to estimate your general location;
- your device's advertising ID and app set ID;
- information about your interaction with ads and the app, such as app launches, taps and video views;
- diagnostic information about how the app and the ad software perform.
This information is encrypted in transit. Depending on your choices and the law where you live, Google may use it to personalize ads. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Your choices:
- If you're in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Nabaha asks for your consent with Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice any time in Settings > Ad privacy choices.
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (for example Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Settings > Google > Ads, depending on your phone).
- Full-screen ads only appear when you choose to watch one for a reward, such as an extra life.
- After you buy “Remove ads”, the app no longer shows the banner and gives you rewards without a video.
3. Purchases (Android app only)
There are no purchases in the iPhone app. “Remove ads” is a one-time purchase in the Android app, made through Google Play. Google Play processes the payment under Google's own terms and privacy policy, and we don't receive your card or payment details. To know whether to show ads, the app asks Google Play on your phone whether you own “Remove ads”. It doesn't send this to us.
4. Children
Nabaha is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
5. Keeping and deleting data
We don't hold any of your data, so there is nothing for us to keep or delete. You can delete everything the app saved on your phone by uninstalling it, or on Android by clearing the app's storage. Google keeps the information its ad service collects according to its own policies.
6. Security
Your progress stays in the app's private storage on your phone, which other apps can't read. Information collected by Google's ad software in the Android app is encrypted in transit.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and publish the new version at the same address.

تشرح هذه السياسة المعلومات التي يستخدمها تطبيق ألعاب الذكاء «نباهة» («التطبيق»)، وسبب استخدامها، والخيارات المتاحة لك. يطوّر نباهة شركة ARVYN LLC («نحن»).
باختصار
- لا تحتاج إلى حساب، ولا نطلب اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو أي بيانات شخصية أخرى.
- نتائجك ونقاط خبرتك وأوسمتك ونتائج فحص النباهة وإعداداتك محفوظة على هاتفك فقط، ولا تُرسل إلينا أبدًا.
- لا يحتوي تطبيق آيفون على إعلانات ولا مشتريات.
- يعرض تطبيق أندرويد المجاني إعلانات من Google AdMob، وتجمع خدمة الإعلانات من Google بعض المعلومات من جهازك لعرض هذه الإعلانات وقياسها.
- إذا اشتريت «إزالة الإعلانات» في تطبيق أندرويد، يتولى Google Play عملية الدفع، ولا نطّلع أبدًا على بيانات الدفع الخاصة بك.
1. المعلومات المحفوظة على هاتفك
يحفظ نباهة تقدّمك في الألعاب (النتائج، والمستويات، وأفضل نتائجك، ونقاط الخبرة، والأوسمة، ونتائج التحدي اليومي، والسلسلة اليومية، ونتائج فحص النباهة، والكلمات والأسئلة المستخدمة مؤخرًا) وإعداداتك (اللغة والصوت والمظهر) في مساحة التخزين الخاصة بالتطبيق على هاتفك. لا تُرسل هذه المعلومات إلينا ولا إلى أي جهة أخرى، وتُحذف عند إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق، أو عند مسح بياناته في أندرويد. وقد تتضمّنها النسخة الاحتياطية لهاتفك: في آيفون نسخة iCloud أو النسخة على الكمبيوتر، وفي أندرويد النسخة الاحتياطية في حسابك على Google إذا كان النسخ الاحتياطي مفعّلًا.
عند استخدام «انقل تقدّمك»، يحوّل التطبيق هذه المعلومات إلى رمز نسخ احتياطي على هاتفك، ولا يغادر الرمز هاتفك إلا إذا نسخته وشاركته بنفسك.
2. الإعلانات من Google AdMob (تطبيق أندرويد فقط)
لا يعرض تطبيق آيفون أي إعلانات، ولا يحتوي على أي برمجية إعلانات. تعرض النسخة المجانية من تطبيق أندرويد إعلانات تقدّمها خدمة Google AdMob التابعة لشركة Google. ولعرض الإعلانات وقياسها ومنع الاحتيال، تجمع برمجية الإعلانات من Google داخل التطبيق المعلومات التالية تلقائيًا وتشاركها مع Google:
- عنوان IP لجهازك، وقد يُستخدم لتقدير موقعك العام؛
- معرّف الإعلانات ومعرّف مجموعة التطبيقات (App set ID) لجهازك؛
- معلومات عن تفاعلك مع الإعلانات والتطبيق، مثل مرات فتح التطبيق والضغطات ومشاهدات الفيديو؛
- معلومات تشخيصية عن أداء التطبيق وبرمجية الإعلانات.
تُشفَّر هذه المعلومات أثناء نقلها. وبحسب اختياراتك والقانون في بلدك، قد تستخدمها Google لتخصيص الإعلانات. لمزيد من التفاصيل، راجع سياسة خصوصية Google وكيف تستخدم Google المعلومات من المواقع أو التطبيقات التي تستخدم خدماتها.
خياراتك:
- إذا كنت في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية أو المملكة المتحدة أو سويسرا، يطلب نباهة موافقتك عبر نموذج الموافقة من Google قبل عرض إعلانات مخصّصة، ويمكنك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت من الإعدادات > خيارات خصوصية الإعلانات.
- يمكنك إعادة تعيين معرّف الإعلانات أو حذفه من إعدادات هاتفك (مثل: الإعدادات > الخصوصية > الإعلانات، أو الإعدادات > Google > الإعلانات، بحسب هاتفك).
- لا تظهر الإعلانات بملء الشاشة إلا عندما تختار مشاهدة أحدها مقابل مكافأة، مثل محاولة إضافية.
- بعد شراء «إزالة الإعلانات»، لا يعرض التطبيق الشريط الإعلاني ويمنحك المكافآت دون مشاهدة فيديو.
3. المشتريات (تطبيق أندرويد فقط)
لا توجد مشتريات في تطبيق آيفون. «إزالة الإعلانات» عملية شراء لمرة واحدة في تطبيق أندرويد عبر Google Play. يعالج Google Play الدفع وفق شروط Google وسياسة خصوصيتها، ولا نتلقى بيانات بطاقتك أو أي بيانات دفع. ولمعرفة ما إذا كان عليه عرض الإعلانات، يسأل التطبيقُ Google Play على هاتفك إن كنت تملك «إزالة الإعلانات»، ولا يرسل هذه المعلومة إلينا.
4. الأطفال
نباهة غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي معلومات شخصية من الأطفال.
5. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
لا نحتفظ بأي من بياناتك، لذا لا يوجد لدينا ما نحتفظ به أو نحذفه. يمكنك حذف كل ما حفظه التطبيق على هاتفك بإلغاء تثبيته، أو بمسح بياناته في أندرويد. وتحتفظ Google بالمعلومات التي تجمعها خدمة الإعلانات وفق سياساتها الخاصة.
6. الأمان
يبقى تقدّمك في مساحة التخزين الخاصة بالتطبيق على هاتفك، ولا تستطيع التطبيقات الأخرى قراءتها. وتُشفَّر المعلومات التي تجمعها برمجية الإعلانات من Google في تطبيق أندرويد أثناء نقلها.
7. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة، فسنحدّث التاريخ في أعلاها وننشر النسخة الجديدة على العنوان نفسه.
